The chairperson LC III Ibaare sub county Bushenyi district Emmanuel Mbangirwoha Kanyari has called upon people of Ibaare to be calm as they wait for their Sub county headquarters to be officially handed to them.
He said this today in a press briefing at the sub county headquarters in trying to explain problems they have gone through which have come to the end as they try to complete their headquarters.
Kanyari noted that Mawanda used his money to send a contractor to complete the sub county but the contractor Nuru Katureebe mishandled the exercise and did shoddy work.
Kanyari added that Mawanda is not to blame for the shoddy work done by Nuru Katureebe.Katureebe is to blame for the shoddy work.

He revealed that when everything had gone to a stand still ,the ministry of local government through Bushenyi local government Ibaare sub county was given a start up fund of 100 m which is now being used to cement ,plaster ,and paint.
Abel Bandeza the sub county speaker hailed the minister of local government for rescuing them from shoddy works by Mawanda’s contractor Nuru Katureebe.
Shallot Bigirwa the secretary for works also Councillor for Rwishe revealed that she was not allowed to supervise Nuru Katureebe whose works were in her docket. He would come and work without allowing any political leader to monitor his works.
