The aspirant for Kizinda Kigoma town council mayoral seat Sheik Adam Sssemugabe yesterday told www.mknewslink.com editor that the above town council needs him to clean it up among others services.
Kizinda Kigoma town is located in Igara west constituency Bushenyi district and was granted a town council status in 2018 Ist july but has not received any government funding since then and has been using local revenue.
It also did not have political leaders and they will be elected in the next general election 2020-2021.
Sheik Adam Semugabe and one Muhangi the LCII chairman for Kizinda ward are the only people who have shown interest to take up the position of the LCIII chairperson/mayor for Kizinda town council.
Semugabe noted that Kizinda Kigoma is dirty thus it needs him who believes in cleanliness to clean it up.
He added that he has helped people of the same town council in areas of education, welfare which he thinks a leader should do noting that he did these before he asked for votes.
He said that he has connection with state house particularly president Museveni thus he will be able to lobby for his people for services like road development, Increasing Women Entrepreneurship Fund money ,youth livelihood
