BUSHENYI MAN UNDRESSES COLLEAGUE FOR ATTRIBUTING CORRUPTION TO PS DR. DIANA ATWINE

Residents in Bushenyi were on Friday shocked after man undressed his colleague who was talking ill against Dr. Diana Atwine the permanent secretary ministry of health.

Ali Nabasa on Friday while at Liberation road in Bushenyi ordered his colleague to remove and return the clothes he had bought for him after the latter was found in a group alleging that Dr. Diana had stolen COVID 19 money and used it to construct apartments in Kampala.

The furious Nabaasa asked the colleague how much tax paid he has paid when he can’t  even buy himself a shirt or trouser.

“Why are Ugandans  like you so ungrateful, this is a woman who has fought for this country during this COVID 19 period and Uganda is recognized globally on how it has handled the pandemic,”Nabasa noted.

“Since you are so ungrateful, and cannot see what this woman has done for the nation, you will one time betray me as your friend so bring back my shirt, trouser and I will come for my shoes from your home,” he added.

When www.mknewslink.com contacted Nabaasa on why he came out to defend the PS, he noted that even a blind man can see that this is propaganda by opposition politicians who have become sources of falsehoods and inadvertent peddlers of fake news.

He added that these politicians aim at demoralizing the efforts of the ministry of health so that they will the next day tell the public of how the government has failed to control the situation.

“If we, Ugandans follow the propaganda by self-seeking opposition leaders, we are likely to put false accusations on people who are helping us to curb down the pandemic, perhaps we shall drown with the liars,”Nabasa explained.
