In Bushenyi—
It was shame and disappointment to the Busheyi CAO Malik Mahab after the office attendant only identified as Allen denied him entry to the council hall.
According to credible sources Allen told the CAO that he had to seek permission from the senior clerk to council in order to get the keys to the council hall.
The CAO fumed, decried insubordination by the most junior staff and the council hall was opened but the CAO quarreling throughout the meeting.
www.mknewslink.com is yet to find out the huge punishment that the CAO will give to the office attendant.
Office attendant is the last rank in civil service and a CAO is second last to the Permanent Secretary.
Surprisingly, the staff Allen was referring to is also junior to the CAO thus the CAO should not ask permission from him in case of anything.
A CAO is one of the most senior positions in civil service, followed by Commissioner, assistant commissioner, principal officer then a senior clerk to council, U5 scale staff, U6 scale ,U7 Scale then U8 scale where Allen lies.
