Pride microfinance bank Bushenyi branch manager Richard Mutamba has called upon the public to avoid stigmatizing COVID19 patients.
Mutamba noted that the disease is currently in the community advising the public not to stigmatize patients since COVID19 is a disease like others and does not discriminate thus any one can contract it.
Mutamba said all these during an exclusive interview with www.mknewslink.com at his office in Bushenyi town today 15th Dec. 2020 morning.
The manager recently tested positive to COVID 19 and was quarantined at his home where he received treatment from the district health team until he recovered.
The bank was closed for three days and reopened on the advice of the DHO Bushenyi Dr. Edward Mwesigye.
He called upon the customers of the bank and all others interest in the service of the bank to come for services as usual adding that the problem of COVID 19 is sorted.
