BUSHENYI RDC WARNS WESTERN UGANDA NWSC MANAGERS TO PROTECT WETLANDS

The Bushenyi Resident District Commissioner Jolly Tibemanya has advised the Western and South western managers of

National water to urge the customers /communities to protect wetlands because it is the main source of water therefore this will sustain their business
Tibemanya said this today 20th August 2019 while officiating of NWSC western and south western evaluation workshop held at Flagship piazza hotel in Bushenyi.
He also said that the public can now use the wetlands sustainably by doing activities on the wetland which dont destroy them.
The RDC noted that this term is kisanja akuuna mchezo and therefore people should work hard and avoid corruption because as the term comes to the end, the government bits most.
The Managing Director NWSC Dr. Eng. Silver Mugisha warned managers against concentrating on wrong actions of their staff but rather advise them to improve their performances.
He advised them not to be managers but leaders such that they are able to guide their staff correctly, for example an area manager not to concentrate on disconnecting customers but to think positively.
