BUSHENYI: SUSPECTED BODA BODA RIDER KILLED IN KYAMUHUNGA

Police in Bushenyi are hunting for assailants who on Saturday night killed a yet to be identified man in Nshumi Parish Kyamuhunga sub county.
According to SP Martial Tumusiime the Bushenyi Greater Police Public Relations Officer, the body of the deceased was on 28/3/2021 found lying in a marrum road 2 metres from Ishaka Kasese high way in Nshumi Kyamuhunga.
SP Tumusiime said that the deceased was found with a rope tied in his neck and a sharp knife in the right side of his Chest.
SP Tumusiime added that the deceased who is in his 20s is suspected to be a BodaBoda rider from Rubirizi district.
He said that the body was taken to Kitagata Hospital as investigations into the matter are ongoing.
Meanwhile, Modern Banyanga Chairman BodaBoda Nyamiko stage on Liberation Road Bushenyi town has advised his fellows to treasure their lives above everything as they carry out their work.
He added that it’s true that they all need money but they should always work and go back home early to avoid being killed.
