In Bushenyi—
Tears engulfed the relatives of slain business man Hedex Rwamutwe when prime suspect Alvin Kamusiime Jakoda was produced in court yesterday for the first time since his arrest two weeks ago.
Alvin Jakoda Kamusiime was paraded before Bushenyi chief magistrate Angualia Gabriel Moses for the mentioning of his murder case which he committed on the 3nd may 2017 in Tank hill Bushenyi town.
The visibly weakened and limping Jakoda who couldnot walk without support from colleagues could not take plea as chief magistrate’s court doesnot have jurisdiction over the case.
Hedex Rwamutwe was murdered early this month by unknown assailants and his body was discovered in Kagongo Ibanda district dumped in his car.
Angualia Gabriel Moses remanded Jakoda to Nyamushekyera Government prison up to 3rd of July when he will re-appear in court for the progress of his case before being subjected to the high court for the hearing of his case.
