Lucas Muhangi a renown businessman in Bushenyi town has today 3^rd Oct.2020 been nominated as an independent candidate to contest for Bushenyi Ishaka mayorship.

Lucas an NRM supporter said he could not contest in the NRM primaries because he was late for the process.

Lucas Muhangi said that he is here to take Bushenyi Ishaka municipality to another level with new developmental ideas.

Lucas added that he is ready to change the Municipality for better ,focusing on developing business, empowering tourism attraction, improving Sanitation and cleanliness and creating opportunities to the public most especially the youth among others.

He advised that people should always focus on the ideas of their candidates than receiving money in exchange for their votes.

He cited out that Bushenyi Ishaka municipality is still undeveloped because politicians just buy voters during elections and when they reach in office, they want to get back their money used in elections.
