The Bishop of West Ankole Diocese Rt.Rev.Johnson Twinomujuni has revealed that Col.Dr.Kiiza Besiege, the people’s president is a very bright person.

He hailed him for going in the bush with president Museven and fight for freedom for this country Uganda “I have listened to Dr.Kiiza Besigye in both languages Runyankole and English is really a very bright person” “For me as a bishop and the church, is non partisan but I have to speak my mind on this,” Johnson said.

Bishop Johnson said this yesterday evening during 90^th birthday celebrations of mzee Wiliam Mukaira at his home in Rwatogo Bushenyi district.

Besigye in his speech earlier challenged minister Mary Karoro that she does not love Museven more than him because he shed his blood, left his juicy job of a doctor and went to the bush and treated Museveni in 1981-86 liberation war.

Besigye added that those who love Museveni now, love him because he has money.

When minister Karoro stood to speak she asked Besigye to give a credit where it is due and stop criticizing Musevenfor having made many kilometers of roads.

Besigye had said that even colonialists built roads and railways in order to be able to carry Uganda’s resources like minerals, cotton and coffee.

The area MP Bushenyi Ishaka municipality Gordon Arinda Cowboy hailed Mukaira for being a strong man and brave for all these years.

Garuga Musinguzi a prominent business man also a chancellor Valley University of Science and Technology asked Mukaira’s children to emulate him and continue running the projects he has started. “I don’t want to come here in future and find that the children of Mukaira have failed to run what he has started.

MzeeMukaira celebrated his 90^th birthday in style with four bishops,two retired ones bishops Magambo and Katoneene and those still serving are bishops Dan Zoreka and Johnson Twinomujuni.

The function preceded with a service led by retired bishop Magambo who hailed Mukaira for being strong and hard working who started Valley Inn Hotel, Valley college, Valley Wine and Valley University of Science and Technology.
