CORRUPTION AT ITS BEST: MITOOMA HR, FORMER ACTING CAO TOOK BRIBES FROM JOB SEEKERS

The Mitooma principal human resource officer Mrs. Honest Bamanyisa has denied allegations that she gave jobs without the minutes of service commission and news paper adverts.

In a telephone interview with www.mknewslink.com editor, Honest denied taking bribes from applicants in connivance with the former acting CAO Mitooma District Mr. David Beetega.

Mitooma District Council has put in place in a probe committee to investigate the former acting CAO David Beetega and principal human resource officer, Mrs. Honest Bamanyisa.

According to sources, jobs which were not advertised include Mitooma Town council Economist as well as no minutes from Mitooma District service commission.

Councilors have already allocated money to the probe committee to start work and investigate CAO and human resource officer for corruption and other abuses

Workers in Mitooma District Local Government accuse Honest Bamanyisa of arrogance and abusing them whenever they want information from her office.

The former acting CAO, David Beetega has been transferred to Bunyangabu District as Deputy CAO and the transfer is connected to abuse of office that was committed in Mitooma.

Efforts to talk to David were all in vain as his phones were couldnot be reached.

Meanwhile, Honest also told www.mknewslink.com editor on phone that any aggrieved person in Mitooma can go to IGG or state house at corruption unit led by Nakalema because for her she knows that she is clean.
