COUNCILLOR THREATENS TO DRAG KISORO DISTRICT CHAIRMAN TO COURT FOR DISRESPECTING COUNCIL

The outgoing LCV councilor Kirundo Sub County Kosamu Kakyiga has vowed to drag Kisoro district chairperson Abel Bizimana to court accusing him of disrespecting the district council by refusing to attend council meeting intentionally.

Kakyiga summoned Bizimana to appear before the Kisoro District council and explain why he abused the first family claiming that he was speaking for Bafumbira.

However, Bizimana refused to come twice and now Kakyiga wants him to apologize to the state house in writing and refer copies of apology to the council otherwise he faces courts of law.

This is the second time Hon Abel Bizimana is dragged to court with in his 5 year term; the former Kisoro LCV chairperson Milton Bazanye dragged him to Kabale high court on claims of illegitimate academic documents.
