COURT IN KANUNGU FINDS FOUR MORE SUSPECTS AFTER DIGGING DEEPER IN WOMAN MURDER

Prosecution has amended the charge sheet in a murder case to include more suspects who were recently arrested over killing a woman.
Prosecution alleges that on 22 February 2019, the accused murdered Magret Mugisha a residend of Ibarya cell Kihanda Parish, Kirima Sub County, kanungu district with whom they had land wrangles among other disputes.
In a court session presided over by kanungu grade one magistrate his worship Andrew katurubuki, four more suspects were added on to the charge sheet.
Those included were Byabashaija Seth 24, Asiimwe Jolly 46, Amutuheire Phiona 30, and Araija Rodgers 25 who were recently arrested following investigations that were mounted from the police CID headquarters.
The charge sheet has previously had only three suspects Sarah komuhangi, Yona Ngorogoza and Herbert Musinguzi who are all related to the deceased.
His worship Andrew Katurubuki while reading the murder charges, did not allow the accused to say anything since their case is only judged by the high Court.
The state attorney informed court that investigations into this case are not yet complete and as thus the grade one magistrate Andrew katurubuki remanded the suspects up to 17th July 209 when their case will come again for further mention.
