COURT ISSUES ARREST WARRANT TO BUSHENYI BORN CANADIAN LECTURER DR. MICHEAL MUSHERURE

Bushenyi chief magistrate’s court presided over by Simon Toloko yesterday Friday Aug 25 issued a warrant of arrest to Dr. Micheal Musherure on failure to report to same court for two years.
Dr. Musherure is lecturer of English and literature in the republic of Canada.
He is accused together with siblings who include Eng. Mugizi for malicious damage of their mother‘s banana plantation in Rwemiyonga village in Bumbaire sub-county Bushenyi district.
They were arrested, granted bail two years ago and Dr. Musherure went back to Canada according to court records and has never reported as required by his bail conditions.
According to the warrant of arrest by chief magistrate which www.mknewslink.com has a copy, orders every police officer who sees Dr. Musherure to arrest him immediately and hand him over to court.
Sources from Dr. Musherure family in Bushenyi, revealed to www.mknewslink.com the accused is in the country Uganda but he is hiding from arrest.
Before Dr. Musherure went to Norway to do his masters and later to Canada, he taught at Ntare school, Alliance school Mbarara among other schools. He used to teach A’level paper 3 literature in English.
According to Bushenyi CIID police, the accused are fighting over family land in Bumbaire Bushenyi district. There are children who support the mother whereas Dr. Musherure, Eng. Mugizi and others are fighting their mother.
