COVID 19 IN SHEEMA: PROF. MUSHEMEZA’S DRIVER TESTS POSITIVE, PROF.QUARANTINED—RDC

Sheema Resident District Commissioner and chairman COVID 19 task force in the district Frank Kyerere has revealed that its true the driver of the parliamentary aspirant Prof. Elijah Mushemeza tested positive and is being isolated at Mbarara regional referral hospital.
RDC Kyerere added that the parliamentary aspirant Mushemeza was also put into quarantine at his home and is being observed by health workers.
RDC told www.mknewslink.com today afternoon that ministry of health pronounced about the case yesterday and immediately, they transported the victim to Mbarara regional hospital for treatment.
He said that they are now tracing the contacts of the driver and his boss Mushemeza to test them and quarantine them.
This is the second case in greater Bushenyi following that of the Bushenyi district chairman Jaffari Bassajabalaba who was confirmed positive on Friday 7th August.
However, Jaffari rejected the results on grounds that it could have been a political foul play, another sample was taken and results are expected today.
