COVID 19: SHEEMA RDC WARNS SCHOOL HEADS AGAINST TAKING LEARNERS OUT FOR CHURCH SERVICES
By Bruce Rukundo
In Sheema—
The RDC Sheema district Frank Kyerere has cautioned head teachers against taking students out of schools to church for services.
Speaking yesterday at Kabwohe Mother Care P/S in main hall, Kyerere said that if students move out of schools, they may interact with different people which may expose them to COVID 19.
He instead encouraged them to start conducting their Sunday services from within their schools in order to control the easy spread of COVID 19.
Kyerere further warned big headed head teachers of secondary schools who think can go against rules of the COVID 19 task force to get ready for arrest and suspension from work.
The Chaplain Bishop McAllister college Kyojera Rev.Joseph Tusingwire who led the service pledged that as church, they are ready to work in accordance to Sheema district task force rules.
