Grade one magistrate in Bushenyi Christopher Tindyebwa has today afternoon visited the contested road in Kashenyi Bushenyi Ishaka municipality where the daily monitor board member was accused of blocking a road where about 30 people are living.
Robby Muhumuza the complaint and Dan Nimwesiga the defendant explained the genesis of the problem and Nimwesiga urged that there is no any other road he can use to access his land.
Robby Muhumuza also urged that he bought part of the road and the other part is in their family land therefore no one should use the road without his consent.
The whole village gathered to listen to what the magistrate would decide looking at police with anxiety.
However after hearing from both sides and some of the residents his worship Tindyebwa revealed that he would give his judgment on 10th Nov.2020 in the afternoon at court.
This was an application lodged by Muhumuza to stop Nimwesiga from creating a road in his land and the main suit is also in court.
