DRAMA AS KITAGWENDA DISTRICT CAO’S OFFICE IS CLOSED BY UNKNOWN PEOPLE

There was drama yesterday morning as workers at Kitagwenda District woke up to find office of the Chief Administrative Officer closed by Unknown people.
The office of the Kitagwenda district Chief Administrative officer David Lubuka was found closed in attempt to stop him from accessing his office.
According to the district chairperson Ismail Mushemeza, unknown people broke the door glasses and chained it with two padlocks.
Mushememza told www.mknewslink.com that to him the act was a herald that something wrong is taking place at the district.
In his statement he said the CAO had been involved in conflicts with politicians and civil servants at the district accusing him of failing to pay them
Mushemeza suggested that the ministry should intervene in the matter and then find out the cause or be still transfer the CAO to another place.
While addressing media, the deputy RDC of Kitagwenda district Joseph Ssekasamba said that the act is evolving around the misunderstandings between the CAO and the District executive committee led by LCV.
Ssekasamba said that security is already investigating the act and soon everything will be put to order.
