FAITH OF UNITY BELIEVERS WANT TOP POSITIONS IN GOV’T

Faith of Unity believers in Kagadi district have asked the government to consider giving them top positions since they support the ruling NRM government.

The call was made over the weekend during the visit of the Minister for presidency Hon. Babalanda Babirye Milly to the faith of Unity Headquarters Kampyemi in Muhorro town council Kagadi district.

The Buyaga West county Member of Parliament Hon. Barnabas Tinkasiimire asked the minister to consider giving high positions of leadership in the Ruling government to the faith of unity believers because they support the NRM party.

‘’There is a need for the government to consider giving high positions of leadership in the Ruling government to the faith of unity believers because they support the NRM party,’’ he said.

Hon. Tinkasiimire also acknowledged the work done by Faith of Unity to fight witchcraft practices majorly cannibalism in the Bunyoro region.

‘’Faith of Unity has fought witchcraft practices majorly cannibalism in the Bunyoro region,’’ he revealed.

Minister Babalanda Babirye Milly promised total support to Faith of Unity facilities with a call to continue fighting for peace, unity, and development.

She promised to coordinate with Members of Parliament and other local leaders to fulfil all desires of the faith of Unity as a religion.

The minister first had a tour of institutions under the faith of Unity religion like the Itambiro place, schools, playgrounds, and technical training centers among others.
