Forum for Democratic Change FDC yesterday managed to front four candidates in Bushenyi district parliamentary nominations.
The FDC candidates who were nominated are; Federica Nshemereirwe for district woman MP, Brian Katana Atuhaire for Igara west MP and Odo Tayebwa for Bushenyi Ishaka municipality and Amanya Andrew also known as Ekyeyerezo for Igara East.
It should be noted that NRM party has dominated Bushenyi politics for many years though FDC feels that this time come 2021 it could be a ray of hope.
Speaking to www.mknewslink.com, Federica Nshemerierwe said that they will have candidates in all constituencies adding that she hopes FDC party will take over the nation this time.
She pledged to work with everyone to develop Bushenyi district and maintain it a model district it has always been.
Brian Katana Atuhaire called upon people to put their trust FDC urging that places like Kasese where FDC dominates are more developed.
Andrew Amanya noted that it’s time for the youth to take over leadership if they are to help the struggling youth in the whole country who make the biggest percentage of Uganda’s population.
