FINALLY,KYAMADIDI DEFEATED IN COURT OF APPEAL

Court of Appeal has today afternoon Oct.27, 2017 dismissed a petition lodged by the former Rwampara MP; Vincent Mujuni Kyamadidi challenging election of Charles Ngabirano who was declared a winner in 2016 parliamentary election.
Kyamadidi who lost to Ngabirano in 2016 Rwampara parliamentary election rushed to Mbarara high court challenging the election results on grounds that the poll was characterized by malpractices.

However, the high court sitting in Mbarara did not agree with Kyamadidi thus ruling that Ngabirano was elected through a free and fair election.
Kyamadidi was not satisfied with the high court decision thus appealing to Court of appeal in Kampala.
After going through judicial procedure, the Court of Appeal today dismissed Kyamadidi’s petition on ground that it lacked supportive evidence.
When www.mknewslink.com contacted Kyamadidi for a comment, he referred the reporter to Charles Ngabirano saying “I don’t have news, it’s Ngabirano who has news” he asserted.
