The former intelligence office during the Allied Democratic Forces in Kasese was last evening found dead at Delux Inn in Kizinda Bushenyi District .

Isaac Ruhirwa according to scanty information, he went to Delux Inn in Kizinda and what happened next is not clear.

The DPC Bushenyi SP Okumu declined to speak to www.mknewslink.com managing director referred to the PRO Greater Bushenyi Martial Tumusiime who in turn referred the matter and said he will be available at 3:00 pm when he was being called at 10:00am .

Isaac Ruhirwa has been running a supermarket with his wife Annitah Ruhirwa at Shell Malinde Bushenyi and was always a jolly man.

According to Zedekia Karokora the former RDC Kasese who worked closely with Isaac Ruhirwa told mknewslink.com managing director that he was shocked with news of the death of his friend and colleague who was thorough Intelligence Officer .

By 11:34am today , the postmortem was about to be completed to establish what exactly killed Isaac Ruhirwa.

With his wife Annitah , he has left about six children and he will be buried in Kashari Mbarara where he was born.
