FORMER SECRETARY FOR BANYANKOLE KWETERENA UNION LAID TO REST IN KIBARE, BUSHENYI

Hundreds of mourners from all over the country, yesterday filled Kibaare village in Bushenyi district to pay their last respect to the former Board Secretary of Banyankole Kweteerana Co-operative union, Mbarara who died on Tuesday at Mbarara Hospital.
Robert Mushagara passed away at the age of 75 years following an accident in which he was involved last year.
His body was laid to rest at Kibaare village, in Bushenyi District and he left behind seven children and a wife Ms. Joan Mushagara.
Ms. Mary Karooro Okurut, the Minister of general duties in Prime Minister’s office who represented president described Mushagara as a well, gentle, smart and disciplined man.
He noted that Mushagara who studied with President Museveni in the same class room at Ntare School used to enjoy sports and tennis and took education as a key to success.
Minister Karooro handed over the condolence message envelope of ugx. 5 millions to the widow Ms Joan Mushagara.
