GOATS’ THIEF CAUGHT RED HANDED WITH MEAT, HEADS

Police in Rubanda have arrested a 35 yrs old man for allegedly stealing goats.

The suspect one Godfrey Biryabarema Kagwa  commonly known as money lender of Hamurwa township Rubanda district was arrested yesterday  morning at around 09:30 hours on a tip off.

According to Elly Maate  Kigezi region police mouth piece, when Biryabarema was tracked by police, they discovered the place in the bush where he slaughtered them from.

Maate added that on searching Biryabarema’s home, a full slaughtered goat, its skin, head of another goat plus cooked meat were discovered.

So far one Ms Natukunda of Hamurwa town council, who lost her four goats of recent, has identified two heads and a skin.
