GOD MENTIONED IN UGANDA MOTTO WON’T JUST REST—BOBI WINE CRIES OUT

People Power leader Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine has said that the God mentioned in the Uganda motto will not just rest when musicians are using their influence to politically mislead the masses.
Speaking in Kulambiro during the burial of one of his diehard supporters, Mr. Wine condemned musicians who have quit his people power to embrace President Museveni.
He added that it is an indicator that they haven’t learnt anything from the sacrifice by the 1970s musicians Byron Kawaddwa and Christopher Sebadduka who used their clout to expose the ills of Idi Amin and those he was misgoverning.
He added that they of course paid the ultimate of losing their lives but history will for an eternity record them as heroes.
Bobi wine cited musicians the like Full Figure, Eddie Kenzo, events promoter Sipap among others who reportedly defected from people power to Museveni’s NRM.
Speaking as the People Power spokes person, Joel Senyonyi said that the departure of some musicians like Full Figure was a good exclusion because she always only specialized in abusing people plus seeking positions and money in People Power.
He added that there is nothing unique in the (cheerleader) roles. “Full Figure has been playing in people power and we are going to find someone who can even do it better,” he said.
