GOD SENT ME TO FIGHT CORRUPTION THAT HAS BECOME UGANDA’S CURSE—PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE KABULETA

Independent presidential candidate, Joseph Kiiza Kabuleta has told his supporters in kabala district that God sent him to be president of Uganda, to help in fight the country’s corruption curse.
Kabuleta said while campaigning in the district on Tuesday that if the NRM government was committed to fight corruption, Uganda would be more developed than others countries in Africa.
He revealed that Uganda has been projected by 2020 to be the middle income country while Tanzania projected to hit its target in 2025.But in July this year, Tanzania managed to achieve the goal while Uganda, with this rate of corruption might not make it even in the next 20 years.
Kabuleta said Tanzania’s success was directly attributed to the fierce to fight against corruption.
He was addressing a campaign meeting at Victoria Guest house in Kabale municipality organized by Ogaba Denis, an aspirant on the Member of Parliament.
During the meeting, Kabuleta promised to revive cooperatives to help revamp the agricultural sector.
He also vowed to boost the tourism sector among others intensifying market, upgrading Kisoro Airfield for gorilla trekkers and to ensure that the country claims its fair share of tourism revenue in the region.
