The in charge Rubaya health center III in Rubaya sub-county Kashari south Mbarara district Phiona Katushabe has expressed concern over the lack of staff quarter at the facility which has greatly hindered the service delivery.
Katushabe noted that at the facility, they have only 11 workers with 4 staff quarter which she says it makes some health workers stay far away hence affecting the service delivery.
