GREATER BUSHENYI NRM DELEGATES RESOLVE TO VOTE KADAGA FOR VICE CHAIRPERSON

NRM delegates from 5 districts of Greater Bushenyi yesterday anonymously endorsed the speaker of parliament Rebecca Alitwara Kadaga contest for NRM national chairperson.
The resolution was moved by Rev. Lauben Mugarura the former district councilor for Kyabugimbi Sub County now NRM candidate for Bushenyi district chairmanship.
Other members overwhelmingly seconded the resolution by Rev. Mugarura.
Speaker Rebecca Kadaga hailed the people of Bushenyi for overwhelming supporting her candidature and revealed that after her election, she will ensure that NRM problems raised by members are sorted out.
Nicholas Nuwagira the vice chairperson NRM youth league Western Uganda assured Kadaga that as youths, they are behind her and will work hard to make sure she wins.
All this took place at Tuzza hotel in Bushenyi last evening and speaker Kadaga was accompanied by minister of Local government Raphael Magyezi, Jovah Kamateka woman MP Mitooma, and Tycoon Hassan Bassajabalaba and Hatwib Katooto MP Katerera county Rubirizi district.
Kadaga is contesting with minister Perse Namuganzi. The two are arch rivals and both come from Busoga sub region.
