HON. BAHATI HAS TURNED INTO MINISTER OF GOVERNMENT LOAN BORROWING —-SPEAKER OULANYAH

The deputy speaker of parliament Rt. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah has revealed that the minister of state for finance, planning and economic planning has turned into a minister of government loan borrowing which is a burden to the country.
Speaker Oulanyah noted that the loan burden for Uganda is at 5.8 tr which is higher than the total budget for the country.
Oulanya said this in a telephone interview with www.mknewslink.com after appearing on NBS for Frontline talkshow last night.
The front liners were trying to compare Uganda and Tanzania during the time of Magufuli who controlled borrowing from foreign countries.
Oulanyah noted that it disturbs him that whenever minister Bahati stands up in Parliament to present anything, it is always a loan request.
He added that minister Bahati has been nicked named minister of loans for government borrowing.
Minister Bahati is the has been MP for Ndorwa west in Kabale district since 2006 , he has been re-elected and he does most work of the full minister of finance and has been named defacator .
