IBANDA POLICE HUNT FOR 2 SUSPECTED KILLERS OF KAGONGO CHAIRPERSON

Police in Ibanda district are hunting for two people who allegedly knocked down Kagongo Division chairperson killing him on spot.

Aggrey Mushabe the newly sworn in LC3 chairperson of Kagongo Division in Ibanda Municipality was yesterday morning knocked by a lorry while he rode on his government motorcycle.

He died as he was being rushed to Ruhoko Health Center III at around 11:00Am.

The Ibanda District Police Commander Emily Angomoku told www.mknewslink.com that they are currently hunting for the two occupants of the lorry UAY 479S who took off leaving the vehicle behind.

Mushabe will be laid to rest at ancestral home in Kashangura 1 cell, Kashangura ward in Kagongo Division Ibanda Municipality.
