INCORRUPTIBLE JAFFARI’S MINISTER DIES, COUNCIL EULOGIZES HIM.

The former secretary for finance and management Patrick Mwebesa Kizito who passed on Saturday Morning has been described by fellow councilors as an incorruptible leader who worked hard to ensure that Bushenyi remains corruption free.
Councilors; Fish Banyanga for Ishaka Division and Adam Kyakuwa for Nyabubare affirmed that the the late councilor Mwebesa Kizito was indeed incoruptable and leaders tried to corrupt him but he refused.
All the above and many others were said in a special council meeting held at Bushenyi district Headquarters to say bye bye to the late Councilor Mwebesa Kizito.
Kizito joined the council in 2012 through a bye election when Bumbaire sub county fell vacant after it was split into two sub counties thus the incumbent Councilor Kabayo said that he belonged to the new sub county Ibare .
According to the former speaker for 2011 -2016 Emmanuel Karasi , Mwebesa contributed a lot during council meeting.
Former minister for general duties Prof. Tarsisi Kabwegere hailed the wife of the late Mwebesa for being trustworthy a character he said Mwebesa exhibited from her.
The late Mwebesa 75 years has survived by 9 children and a wife.
He will be laid to rest tomorrow at 10:00 am at his home in Kiyaga parish Bumbaire sub county with handful mourners because of Covid 19 pandemic .
