In Kabarole—
The Kabarole FDC secretary general Robert Mutunzi has advised President Museveni to sit and realize what went wrong with national security.
Mutunzi who also doubles to be the party spokes person, responding to the president’s state of the national address, said that currently the national security is spoilt compared to the previous years.
He said that the increased murders in the country are not committed by the people outside the security but criminals are well coordinated and know all the security loopholes which they use to hurt Ugandans.
Mutunzi explained that instead of the president coming out with blanket ideas like installing cameras on streets and other measures should first investigate the problem.
He noted that the Ugandan problem is that the current president’s regime has highly invested in political spying than investing money in general security of Ugandans.
