The three senior staff that include Jackson Muhwezi Beyendeza, the treasurer, Roberto Nuwagira procurement officer and Deus Nuwagaba the municipal engineer were interdicted in May on the orders of the Raphael Magyezi the minister of Local Government.
The town clerk added that the case in court is as result of the three trying to challenge their interdiction in the high court in Mbarara.

According to the Public service act when one is interdicted, 6 months elapse and no action is yet taken, he or she resumes office.
