JUDGMENT FOR WITCH DOCTORS Vs KIU MEDICAL PROF. NSHAHO OVER 250M THEFT SET FOR JUNE 13, 2019

Bushenyi chief magistrate Jane Mugara has fixed June 13, 2019 to deliver a judgment for a case where a kampala international university western campus medical school Prof. Jonathan Nshaho accuses Mitooma witch doctors for stealing from him 250 million.
Ms Mugara communicated this information to the lawyers today May 23, 2019 after hearing of the case was fully concluded.
According to prosecution in the case, the four witch doctors of Mushunga Kashenshero sub-county in Mitooma district conned prof. Nshaho after thieves stole the professor’s cow from his farm in Ibanda district.
The accused witch doctors were denied bail by the chief magistrate Mugara and have been in prison for over six months. They have been attending trial coming from Nyamushekyera/Bushenyi prison.
Prosecution also told court during trial that the accused witch doctors who include two women and two men tricked Prof. Nshaho that they would recover his cow and the thieves.
According to information available at Mitooma police station, there are many witch doctors in the district who have been conning people mainly those out of Mitooma district.
Bushenyi chief magisterial area covers five districts of Bushenyi, Mitooma, Rubirizi, Buhweju and Sheema.
