KABALE EC POLICE OFFICER’S KILLERS TO BE CHARGED BEFORE COURT MARTIAL TODAY

In Mbarara—

The 2^nd Division court martial in Mbarara will today start hearing a case in which two people are charged with murdering a police officer in Kabale

The two; Paul Dusingizimana and Mugisha Asimwe Mukwenda are charged with murdering SPC Baryabakabo Galacius who was guarding Kabale Electoral commission offices on the night of January,27th.2021

On 31st.Jan.2021, the suspects were picked from their hideouts in Nyabikoni ward southern division Kabale municipality with a stolen gun number (UG .POL.565824456)

The two suspects were transferred to Mbarara UPDF 2^nd Division Makenke barracks on the 5th.Feb.2021 for further management after completion of inquiries.

Now according to UPDF 2^nd division mouthpiece Maj. Charles Kaboona, the suspects were found with a gun and army uniform thus they will be charged before court Martial beginning today.
