KABALE MAGISTRATE COURT CLERK DIES IN ACCIDENT

A court clerk in Kabale was last night killed in an accident along Kabale Mbarara road on his way to Kabale direction.
One Darius Kamugisha a court clerk at Kabale magistrate court was past midnight driving his vehicle Reg. no UAS 245 T Toyota Premio when it over turned leaving him in critical condition with swollen head and chest plus other bodily injuries.
According to Elly Maate the Kigezi region police mouth piece, Kamugisha was rushed to Rugarama hospital then referred to Mbarara main hospital where he was also referred to Mulago.
Maate revealed that on his way to Mulago at around Lyantonde, Kamugisha breathed his last.
Nyakigugwe police visited the scene of the accident and investigations to establish the cause of the accident are underway.
