KABAROLE SPECIAL HIRE DRIVER GOES MISSING

Residents of Rwengaju village, Rwengaju parish Busoro sub county Kabarole district yesterday mounted a search for a special hire driver who went missing on 24thDecember 2018.
The driver has been identified as Kakanga Saidi a resident of Rwengaju village, Busoro Sub County who has been operating at continental stage Fort portal municipality.
The residents started amount yesterday morning in the areas of Buhinga, Karamaga swamp, Itara forest, Mukabura forest and around river banks.
According to Nyandela Franck the chairperson special hire continental stage Fort portal municipality, they have searched everywhere and his whereabouts are not yet known.
Basaija Idi a journalist working with KRC FM and a son to Kakanga disclosed that his father was on 24thDec. 2018 hired by unknown people who took him to unknown destination.
He stated that his father left home for work on Monday morning but in the evening did not come back home. They called all his phones and at first they were on but no one picking but a few minutes they were switched off up to now.
Basaija said that after a search, his car was the next day discovered parked at someones home in Bukwali village East division Fort portal municipality yesterday.
The police came and took the car to police as investigations into the matter continue.
Twinomusha Godliver the OC CIID Fort portal police has said that police is doing what it takes to find the whereabouts of Kakanga thus urging the public to be firm.
