KENYAN CARGO DRIVER KILLED IN KABALE ACCIDENT

In Kabale—

Kenyan cargo transit good man has been reported died in the motor vehicle fatal accident that occurred along Kabale Mbarara highway yesterday

Kigezi Regional police Public Relation Officer Elly Maate identified the deceased as Hire Ali Rage a resident Kenya Somali.

Maate said that the deceased lost control of the vehicle registration number KAV690U/ZD1006 which was loaded with fuel from Kenya heading to Rwanda.

The accident Occurred yesterday 21/2/2022 at about 05:00 hrs at Kabaraga hill along Mbarara Kabale highway in Kaharo sub county Kabale district.

Police were notified and visited the scene by IP Twinobuhamizo, assisted by PC Ssekande, body conveyed to Kabale referral hospital mortuary for postmortem.

Motor vehicle was towed to Kabale CPS after being Trans shipped of fuel by URA enforcement

The case of fatal accident was registered at Kabale Central Police Station under reference number TAR 30/2022 to help in the investigations.
