KENYAN NATIONAL BURIED IN RUKIGA DISTRICT

Police in Rukiga are investigating circumstances surrounding the death of a 35 years old Alex Ronald a Kenyan by nationality who has been staying in Kinyomozi cell Kibanda parish in Kamwezi sub county in Rukiga District.

It is alleged that the victim who was a herdsman of Enock Kamugisha, in the evening hours of 20/3/2023 at around 07:00, he took cows for grazing and at around 20:00hrs, brought them back and took them to the kraal and left for drinks at Kibanda trading centre.

According to the Kigezi regional police Spokes Person ASP Elly Maate, Enock Kamugisha who has been staying with the deceased waited for him but all in vain, until in the morning of yesterday 21/03/2023, when he was informed that his worker had been found dead in the Trading center.

Maate said that Kamugiha immediately reported to Kamwezi Police station, and Cps Rukiga was accordingly notified.

Maate told www.mknewslink.com reporter today that Police commanded by the DPC visited the scene, was documented and body taken to Kamwezi HC1V for postmortem which indicated that he died of a natural death.

The deceased body was buried at Kamwezi sub county cemetery since he had no known relatives around as efforts to trace for relatives are underway.
