KIRUHURA RDC, DPC ACCUSED OF SWINDLING NRM YOUTH CAMPAIGN MONEY

National Resistance Movement (NRM) youths elect in the just concluded sub county and district youth elections have accused their leaders of allegedly swindling funds meant to facilitate their campaign trails.

Kushaba Yoram Youth chairperson Kinoni Sub County says that Kiruhura district received 20.000.000 millions shillings to facilitate youths campaigns at all levels in the district but up to now they have not received any single coin.

He says that a one Emma Musinguzi the Kiruhura district youth chairperson told the youths in the district that he signed for the money but he was only allocated 2.5 million uganda shillings , saying that the remaining portion was allegedly swindled by RDC Amina Muhindo ,DPC and DISO.

Kushaba notes that they are now appealing to the president to intervene into their matters since they injected a lot of money into campaigns.

Efforts to get a comment on matter from the RDC Kiruhura were futile since his known phones were off.
