KIU WESTERN CAMPUS EMBARKS ON CLEANING WESTERN UGANDA TOWNS

Kampala International Western Campus students under their umbrella Pharmacy Students Association have today cleaned Busheny town in a bid to encourage living in a clean environment.

According to the association president; Usama Ahamed the activity is part of corporate social responsibility for students to go back to the public and do community work like cleaning.
Ahamed further said health workers and public are meant to stay in a clean environment in a measure to have good health.
Abdul Katuuramu; the head of marketing and public relations told www.mknewslink.com that month the KIU students clean Bushenyi-Ishaka municipality.
Last month education students from the same University cleaned Ishaka town and today pharmacy students cleaned Bushenyi whereas other faculties will come on board in November to clean other towns.
