LATE HON. COW BOY’s BUSHENYI BORN ATHLETE WINS GOLD IN DUBAI

Aggrey Agaba a young athlete who was spotted and supported by the late former MP for Bushenyi Ishaka municipality Arinda Gordon Cowboy recently won a gold medal in United Arab Emirates.
According to Athlete Agaba, he has also won over 15 trophies in many competitions held all over the world.
He noted that the competition he won was for 15 kilometers. He was followed by a Kenyan athlete.
He was treated to a hero’s welcome to his home district Bushenyi with his Gold medal and over 15 trophies.
According to www.mknewslink.com news website, Aggrey Agaba never buried his mentor late Hon. Cow Boy. Therefore after reaching Bushenyi yesterday Sept. 12, 2023 went to his home in Katagata parish Kyeizooba sub-county and laid a wreath on the tomb of his mentor.
He returned and a procession led by a police pick up and over 40 boda bodas, about 10 vehicles started from Nyakabirizi division through Bushenyi town to his home in Kyeitembe ward Bushenyi Ishaka municipality.
Among those who escorted him included the Bushenyi family of late Cow Boy who included Priva Kakuuma, former PA to cow boy Mr. Dickens Musasire among others
In an interview with the media after reaching his ancestral home, he noted that the late Hon. Cow boy supported him 100% at the time when he was starting to do athletics.
He noted that he took him to Netherlands and stayed with his family there and got exposure and better training.
