LOSER IN TWO WOMAN MP RACES VICTORIA ABIGAIL NOMINATED AGAIN IN RUKIGA, VOWS TO APPLY NEW TRICKS

The former Kabale and Rukiga woman MP aspirant Atukunda Victoria Abigail has vowed to apply new tricks in the fight against mafias who stole her victory two times through vote rigging in the races of woman Member of Parliament.
Victoria Abigail contested on the woman MP seat for Kabale district but lost to Catherine Ndamira , came back in 2017 on Rukiga district woman parliamentary race which she also lost to Kamusime Caroline but denied losses citing vote rigging .
Now, during a press conference after being nominated on Friday at Rukiga district electoral commission offices in Muhanga town council, Abigail said that she lost the two terms due to malpractices adding that this time her task force has designed new tricks that will stop such practices so as to get victory.
Victoria Abigail promised to empower women with handcraft making by building for them a center where they will be displaying and selling their handcraft materials as a way of helping them to generate income.
She added that she will also organize vocational youths clusters which will be the first of its kind in Rukiga to fight idleness among youth.
Kamusime Caroline the incumbent was also nominated on Friday promised to fulfill what had been left on her agenda especially working on Muhanga- Kisiizi road.
Others that will compete on the same seat include; Aturinda Elizabeth, Fortunate Niwasasira and the FDC flag bearer Judith Aturinda which brings the number to five candidates.
