MAN COLLAPSES, DIES ON SPOT IN HOIMA

Shock and grief has engulfed residents of Hoima city this evening {Friday} after a bodaboda cyclist collapsed and died on spot after fuelling his motorcycle.
The deceased has been identified as Robert Kahwa 36, a resident of Ibambala village Kasingo Sub County in Hoima District.
Kahwa collapsed from his motorcycle after refilling it at Stabex fuel filling station in Hoima City. The deceased was staging at the Equity Bank Hoima branch.
Fazili Sekasimu, manager at stabex fuel station explains that the boda boda cyclist came to refill his motorcycle like any other customer, after taking the fuel, made the payment but it was up sad to see him collapsing and died instantly after kick starting his motorcycle.
Richard Kugonza, brother to the deceased, told our reporter that he only got a call from friends informing him that his brother is dead, saying his brother had no other illness.
Deo Kiiza the deceased friend said he was so surprised to hear that Kahwa is dead yet he had told him that at 5pm he will be going to pick pupils from school.
However, by press time, comments from the Albertine regional Police spokesperson ASP Julius Allan Hakiza was futile since he could not pick the repeated calls arranged to him.
