MAN HANGS HIMSELF AT BROTHER’S HOME IN RUKIGA

Police in Rukiga district are investigating circumstances under which a 52-year-old man hanged himself dead.

The deceased Johnson Ndyanabo alias as Kabebe is a resident of Nyamabale, Kyogo parish Kamwezi subcounty Rukiga district.

According to Kigezi region police spokes person Elly Matte, the case was reported at Kamwezi police station by the area Local Council one chairman Charles Monday.

Matte adds that the incident occurred on 8th /10/2020 at around 0600HRS about 100 meters away from the deceased’s home at the residence of his brother Danson Turyahikayo of the same address.

Scene was visited by Police, post-mortem done and the body   handled over to relatives for the decent burial.

 A case of suicide by hanging was registered at Rukiga police station under file CRB 207/2020.
