MAN SURVIVES ACCIDENT IN FORTPORTAL

A driver of a Toyota Harrier NO UAZ O14/M has today morning at around 5:00am survived death when his car rammed into river Nyabukara,BulyanyenjeBridge West division Fort portal municipality.
According to an eye witness, they were going for work when they heard someone calling for help from inside a car that was lying in water.
Residents said that they only hit the car glasses and pulled out Lubowa Ivan hailing from Nanonzi Mengo Kampala central who had sustained serious injuries, then rushed him to Fort Portal regional referral hospital commonly known as Buhinga.
Andrew Nyakojo a resident of Bulyanyenje village revealed that the bridge broke about a year ago but leaders paid a deaf ear. He stated that when they tried to complain, the municipal engineers brought materials to work on the bridge but to their surprise they have been left there for a half a year that others have been stolen.
Twesige Nasuru the Fort portal municipal engineer has disclosed that the work of constructing the Bulyanyenje bridge will commence on Monday.
