MARVIN BARYARUHA RELEASES 13 POINT MANIFESTO, TO PROVIDE STREET LIGHTS IN BUSHENYI ISHAKA MUNICIPALITY

The NRM parliamentary candidate for Bushenyi Ishaka municipality Marvin Baryaruha has released a 13 point manifesto that he will implement when he is elected Member of Parliament.
The 13 points include health ,education ,energy and infrastructure development, women and youths empowerment, trade and commerce ,water and sanitation, good governance ,strengthening security ,public and private sector institutional development ,empowering special interest groups like PWDs and entertainment sector.
While summarizing the 13 points programme, Marvin said that he will provide street lights to light Bushenyi, Nyakabirizi and Ishaka towns,
He wondered how the recently installed cameras work at night when there are no street lights.
He noted that he will rehabilitate youths who are addicted to drugs like Opium, Marijuana among others. He will put up rehabilitation centres and sensitize the youths on the dangers of drug abuse.
On the issue of health, he revealed that he will rehabilitate Bushenyi HCIV and provide at least two ambulances to the municipality to help in patient transportation.
NRM primary elections will be held on 4th Sept. 2020 at every village level.
Marvin Baryaruha is contesting for Bushenyi Ishaka municipality parliamentary seat with 6 others who include; Arnold Spencer Turwomwe, Nasser Kankuriremu, Derrick Kabuura Baimukye,Musoke Rutagi, Gordon Arinda Cowboy the incumbent and Chris Muganzi.
