The school is Catholic Church founded, mixed day and boarding under government.
According to Christopher Katusiime, the parent of a 13-year-old victim and a resident of Kyakabande Village, Kahembe Parish Bwijanga Sub County Bujenje County, the suspect accused the learner of sleeping with men
”He called me and said that my daughter was caught red-handed with a man, upon interrogation, she denied and said that the head teacher has been using her,”Katusiime said.
The aggrieved parent also disclosed that the head teacher could entice the learner to lay for him his bed which resulted into the gruesome incident.
”He called for the meeting yesterday after the rumors spread in the area, after the meeting I was informed that he has been arrested,” he told our reporter.
Katube also asserted that he has opened a defilement case at Masindi Central Police Station and he wants such teachers to resign.

”After I reported the matter at the Bwijanga police post, we were referred to Masindi Central Police Station,” she said.
Sources allege that the head teacher has been sleeping with over six learners in the same school and two are pregnant.
