Bagonza explained that the aim of the petition is to compel government to produce Col. Ndahura to court adding that they cannot sit and see their own son suffering and yet is supposed to get justice.
He added that they are disappointed to see Col. Ndahura being detained continuously without knowing his charges and yet he was working under the orders of Gen. Kale Kayihura.
