MBARARA ACCIDENT VICTIM ALMOST RUNNING MAD AFTER FAILING TO GET 1.5 M UGX FOR HEAD SURGERY

Mbarara accident victim is in much pain and almost running mad after failing to get money for head surgery.

Yoweri Karuhanga a resident of Bubare Kashari Mbarara district was on Sunday last week knocked by a vehicle which totally destroyed his head.

According to the victim’s sister Constance Koburunga , he was rushed to Kabwohe health Centre IV where he spent 3 days before being referred to Mbarara regional referral hospital .

The helpless, blind Koburunga told www.mknewslink.com that while at Mbarara regional referral hospital, they were asked for 1.5 M shillings for blood transfusion, and head surgery but they have no such money.

She added that her brother needs help otherwise he is slowly running mad since he speaks to himself especially at night and sometimes screams in sleep.

Karuhanga intimated to www.mknewslink.com reporter that he feels a lot of pain in the head to the extent that he always wants it rested somewhere for support.

He now calls upon the government plus the general public to come to his rescue so that he can raise the 1.5 M shillings to go for his head surgery.
